Your training becomes the Coach
We load your playbook, process documents, pricing rules, warranty terms and policies — or your managers load them on Team → Knowledge. The Coach cites them by name when it answers a rep, so the coaching your people get is the coaching you wrote.
Scenarios from your real market
Your managers write practice customers based on the homeowners, adjusters and property managers your reps actually face — including the objections specific to your carriers and your region — and assign them to reps as drills.
Managers see what is actually happening
Stage-by-stage scores across the team, who is using TRUSS and how much, each rep’s upcoming visits and how they turned out, and a weekly digest. You find out your reps are losing deals at Understand, not at price, and coach the thing that is actually broken.
Your brand in the app
Your company’s name, logo and accent colour in the signed-in app — the header, the navigation and the page titles — with a small “Powered by TRUSS”. Colours are adjusted where needed so text stays readable. This public website stays TRUSS.
Single sign-on, and your people in your hands
SAML single sign-on for your email domain, required if you choose. Your owners and admins invite, re-role and remove their own people, and every change is in your audit log.
Security a reviewer can check
Each company’s data is kept apart by the database itself, and the TRUSS operator console asks for two-step sign-in before it shows any of it. Our security page says what is enforced, and what is not in place yet.
